While traditional companies exist solely for the purpose of distributing dividends to shareholders, Benefit Corporations are ordinary partnerships or capital companies, including cooperatives, that, in addition to profit-sharing goals, pursue one or more common benefit purposes. They operate responsibly, sustainably, and transparently towards individuals, communities, territories, and the environment, as well as cultural and social assets, institutions, associations, and other stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Zumaglini &amp; Gallina has therefore decided to pursue, in the conduct of its business activities, the typical purposes of Benefit Corporations as defined by the law of December 28, 2015, No. 208, and in particular the following specific common benefit purposes, aimed at generating measurable social value in the public interest and creating conditions for the maintenance of satisfactory economic results:<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;1px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The promotion of a work environment focused on enhancing human capital in all its diversity and on the growth of skills and responsibilities of employees.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The development of quality, reliable, and resilient infrastructure, offering professional design services that integrate innovative and sustainable technologies and materials for the benefit of a greater positive environmental and social impact on clients.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The growth of one&#8217;s industrial ecosystem in a logic of partnership and the creation of long-term value.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Collaboration and synergy with non-profit organizations, foundations, and similar entities whose purpose is aligned and synergistic with that of the Company to contribute to the enhancement of the natural and artistic heritage of the territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These purposes have been identified, considering the UN&#8217;s Agenda 2030, selecting the reference objectives <strong>8, 9, 11, and 12:<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text]<a  itemprop=\"url\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zumagliniegallina.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Relazione-di-impatto-Societa-Benefit-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-hover-background-color=\"#515151\" data-hover-color=\"#ffffff\" class=\"qbutton  small default\" style=\"color: #818181;
