The property is located in the heart of Turin, overlooking on the one hand Repubblica Square, on the other Milano Street. The six floors above grove building preserves the original constructive and typological features, with vertical supporting structures in solid masonry, pitched roofs and roof tile roofs.
In this building, 46 residential units and 4 commercial units have been made. The property has been recovered through an intervention of preservation and restoration, with the change to all floors of the layout distribution of existing units, and the change of use.
Wiring and plumbing-sanitary plants have been brought into line with the rules, and it was realized a central air-conditioning system.
Having been declared of interest by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, the building has been subjected to a conservative intervention: most of the coffered ceiling and of the existing wall decorations have been restored according to a plan agreed with the Monuments and Fine Arts Office.
